After touring in Swiss and Spain, we are excited to bring our Ecstatic Dance LIVE Concert experience to Berlin again, this time at Haus Lebenkunst in Mehringdamm :)

We love creating transformative spaces where you can reconnect to yourself and others, embody your soul's voice, dance, sing, express, open your heart, let go, and become present.

Both dancing and singing are powerful channels for transcending limitations, unleashing authentic expression, and celebrating the shared human experience TOGETHER.

We love the fusion of a singing circle and ecstatic dance, It's a journey of heart-opening connection and self-discovery.

No previous experiences are needed. Whether you are an experienced “ecstatic dancer” or new, you are warmly welcome to join, we are here to guide you through.

We'll start with a guided embodied voice warm-up to shake it out, release and open new spaces inside, connect to ourselves and others, play, improvise, and explore our voices and movements.

Then, we will sing beloved soul songs to free our minds through our voices and explore themes of the human experience, self-love, and self-trust. We'll sing together, move our bodies, and connect through the power of shared sound.

Then, we'll transition into an ecstatic dance live concert with live and electronic music. This is where movement becomes a pathway to embodying your authentic self. Through guided dance meditation, live music, and carefully curated down-tempo electronic beats, you'll have the opportunity to explore movement and potentially reach an ecstatic state of self-discovery in a welcoming and connected space.

It's a chance to experience deep joy and transformative energy through both voice and movement.

  • We dance without shoes or barefeet. During the dance we commit to no chat in the dancehall. We keep a respectful behavior towards every person to feel good and free. We are no ordinary disco.

  • Ecstatic dance is all about letting loose and moving your body freely, without judgment. It's not about having perfect moves, but about connecting with the music and expressing yourself authentically. Ayam's warm-up and vocal activation will help you loosen up and feel comfortable, and everyone in the circle will be there for the same reason – to connect and have fun!

  • This event offers a unique opportunity to experience these practices in a shared space. The energy of a group setting can be incredibly powerful and uplifting. Ayam and ChrisTala are experts in creating a safe and supportive environment for connection and self-expression. This event provides a guided journey through different activities, culminating in a closing circle that fosters a sense of community and belonging, which can be difficult to replicate at home.

Everyone is welcome to participate at their own comfort level. Singing the chants can be a beautiful way to connect with yourself and others, even if you don't consider yourself a singer. As for the dance journey, it's about joyful expression, not following steps. Just let the music move you!

  • We take care that every one feels comfortable and safe. Our rules clearly state that we don't allow nudity and actions without consent. Though if you feel clear and comitted while respecting the other participants, a dance can also have healthy erotic aspects.

  • You are welcome to bring your child. Kids can enter for free until age of 16. While this event is open to families, it is more suitable for adults.

  • Dress to sweat! We recommend you wear clothes that allow your full range of motion. Bring socks if you wish, but no shoes are allowed on the dancefloor.  Always bring a water bottle, and make sure to stay hydrated through the dance! Water is provided for free. We don’t offer food.

  • We chose a place that is close to the center of Berlin and can be reached by S-Bahn, Tram and Bus.

  • Sure, enjoy the evening with friends by taking advantage of our special ticket for two.

  • In case you bought a ticket online but you can't attend, please inform us and you can instead use the ticket for the next coming event.

  • We understand that cost can be a factor. This event is unique in offering a combination of guided activities, uplifting music, and a safe space for connection. Ayam and ChrisTala are experienced facilitators who will create a transformative experience. Consider it an investment in your well-being and a chance to explore new ways of connecting with yourself and others. We also offer reduced tickets (social/students).
